PAYMENT

• We accept credit cards through PayPal (PayPal account not required). If you wish to use any other paymant method please send us an e-mail and we will advise you on how to proceed.

SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide.
• All International orders will be shipped Priority Postal.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

RETURN PROCEDURE

• We understand that Wedding Planning can be stressful and that is why we offer a three day satisfaction guarantee on our wedding gowns.
• You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Code.
• Returns can only be authorized within 3 days of receipt of the dress we recommend overnight shipment to ensure the dress is received by our returns department with-in the 3 days
• Dresses can ONLY be returned to designated depot allocated with return authorization code .
• NO refund will be given for any custom order dresses . .
• The Return Authorization Code must be obtained from us and it must be visible on the outside of the returned box.
• ALL returns of Wedding dresses must include ALL items sent with gown (purse, wrap and jacket if applicable) or you will be charged for those items at regular price.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply, however you are risking very little to save a lot.
• We encourage you to not wear or alter our merchandise until you are sure you are 100% satisfied with the transaction. No refund will be issued for altered, modified or used items.
• If the dress has been altered in any way, either by you or by us at your request, this is considered a CUSTOM ORDER and CANNOT BE REFUNDED
• All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.
• NO refund will be issued for special order items that are irregular size or not part of our standard line.
• Any orders that received a promotional gift certificate that are returned for a refund the gift certificate will be null and void.
• Refunds can take up to 30 days to process
• Any orders that received a promotional gift certificate that are returned for a refund after the gift certificate has been redeemed, the amount of the gift certificate will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

• You must contact us to obtain an Exchange Authorization Code.
• Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving the dress.
• No exchange will be given after the wedding date that is given at the time of ordering, or after 4 months from the order date if no wedding date is given at the time of ordering.
• NO exchange will be given for any custom orders. .
• An Exchange Authorization Code must be obtained from us and it must be visible on the outside of the returned box.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and also for the reshipment of the exchange.
• ALL EXCHANGES of Wedding Gowns and Bridesmaids must include ALL items sent with gown (purse, wrap and jacket if applicable) or you will be charged for those items at regular price.

RETURN POLICY - ACCESSORIES

• The terms below are in reference to ACCESSORIES ONLY this includes, Headpieces, fascinators, Complete Sets, Jewelry Sets, Gloves, Shoes, Underskirts, Veils and ALL items purchased from Bridezone 'All The extras' Webstore
• Due to the fact that most of our accessories are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final. EXCEPT DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS
• All items must be checked upon receipt for any defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color.
• You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of order for return authorization.
• If an item is received incorrectly we will either credit your account and send replacement immediately upon receipt of returned item.
• Discount Wedding Dresses UK will credit customer for shipping costs in relation to ANY returned item that is deemed faulty, or if an incorrect item is received.
